About me

I grew up with humble beginnings filled with learning our Deen with an importance of memorising Quran. I am a soft and kind natured person, who tries her best to abstain from ill speech. I like to keep myself in good company of sisters, who remind me of Allah and keeping me accountable for my actions. I am a proud practising Muslimah, who strives to be better each day for the sake of Allah, and seeks Tawbah for my shortcomings. I am not perfect, and will never see myself as, as perfection is with Allah (swt) alone. I am a caring person, who likes to comfort those around me. I enjoy supporting others in my family, friends, colleagues and our local community. Being mindful of my Akhlaq, I try to give Dawah when I can. I know the rights of both a husband and wife within marriage. This is something I take seriously, and as a caring person, I would want to be cared for with kindness and my rights to be honored. I love to have a good laugh, and keep a positive mind set. When I am upset or sad, I turn to Allah (swt) first to help me through, and seek comfort and happiness with loved ones and through creative activities. Studying at a local Islamic college, I was able to pass my first year in Arabic and Islamic studies. Within marriage this is somethings I intend to continue, as it helps with both my eman and keeping mindful of my Dunya and Akhirah.
